I went here initially for the groupon eyelash extensions deal. The lashes themselves were good quality, but you literally lean back in an old fabric upholstered recliner. Ew. Same thing for waxing, but at least it's a salon chair. I started getting my gel mani there as well and the technician used the electric filing DRILL and destroyed my natural nail. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. I stopped about a year and a half ago because the woman who does the gel manicures treated me very poorly. However, I decided to give it a second chance today because, in the beginning, she used to be very kind—she even did nail designs for me, and of course, I always left a good tip and paid whatever I was told. Not a place to get your eyelashes done. She uses a LZ boy chair which cranked my neck back and caused my eyes to strain. After she wedged the stickies into my eyes, she was taking phone calls. By the time she started working on me, my eyes were so strained I could not stop fluttering. Her light was way too bright. She did part of my left eye and couldn’t complete the job.
