Signed up for a virtual office/mailbox. When I spoke to the rep they stated I needed to fill out some paperwork. I asked if I could go In person or just drop it off at the office I’m paying for. Celeste from davinci told me I couldn’t and I had to submit it all online. They then wanted me to fill it out then do a virtual notary.
