Want to give Shawn Millin a HUGE shout out. In all my years of buying audio equipment I have never received the customer service that DaVinci Media gives. I am in a unique situation living in North Louisiana. But Shawn and another friend drove ALL THE WAY to Monroe, LA with some Nordost equipment & cables.
