I called and asked if they can take me in 15 minutes for the pedicure. The lady over the phone said“yes” and I asked if they can take care of me right away cause I have to leave in 30 minutes. She said it will take exactly 30 minutes. We agreed that I’ll be there at 11:15 am. When I arrived at 11:14 am I saw that no one is available to take care of me right away.
