The doctor is very sweet and very professional. But if you make an appointment and need to cancel, do so in advance because otherwise they will charge you $30; and not only that, when they are going to charge you the co-pay that they tell you the amount, they don't explain the reason for the amount. They do this when you complain by showing your insurance card. They tell you that it is a balance for the cancellation. La Doctora Lara es excelente, no me gusta que quien se encarga de los cobros, te hacen pagar hasta por el chequeo anual, que se supone que es gratis esa consulta.
Lo mejor que me ha pasado en Miami, quien me atendió y se las recomiendo es la Dra. Luisa Lopez. Ella da un trato familiar y habla sin tabúes y claro, siempre busca conseguir lo mejor de cada paciente y que se sientan lo mejor que pueda. Yo estuve perdido por muchos años en el sentido de no buscar una inspiración para rebajar y con ella lo conseguí. Así que de corazón les recomiendo ésta clínica y notarán la diferencia ya que he ido a varias y prefiero esta mil veces.
