I came here for my annual physical expecting the usual — a chance to check in with my doctor, ask questions, and leave with peace of mind. The doctor is very sweet and very professional. But if you make an appointment and need to cancel, do so in advance because otherwise they will charge you $30; and not only that, when they are going to charge you the co-pay that they tell you the amount, they don't explain the reason for the amount. They do this when you complain by showing your insurance card. They tell you that it is a balance for the cancellation.
