I appreciated how thorough the team was when I came in as a new patient. Dr.Lopez is sweet, she listens and takes her time with me. However the wait time is ridiculous. Everytime I’ve had an appt I wait minimum an hr to get seen! So what’s the point of having an appt? An average I’m waiting an hr and half, not worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Davina Medical Care. The staff was consistently unhelpful, unreliable, and unprofessional throughout my visit. I came in for a legitimate medical concern and was refused service and care while being told I would need to pay hundreds of dollars, even though my insurance copay is only $5. Healthcare is already stressful enough, and dealing with a staff that shows no empathy or willingness to help makes it worse. I came here for my annual physical expecting the usual — a chance to check in with my doctor, ask questions, and leave with peace of mind. Instead, I left disappointed and frustrated with how billing was handled. During my appointment, the doctor kindly asked if I had any concerns.
