Terrible attitude! Called twice and left a message with no response until the next day. When I finally get him on the line, he is nasty and rude. I inquired about a car that was listed on Kansas City Craigslist in the “for sale by owner” section. When I called and got the voicemail, I realized it was a dealership. Kind and respectable easy to deal with. Cares about the customers. It was my 1st in person dealer's experience and I could not be more happy with the purchase of my mazda cx5. David Offered to show me the pictures prior to a rear end incident of the vehicle. The only issue I have with the vehicle is the shotty paint job and repair work done to the vehicle. (Cosmetically) otherwise great!!!
Don’t trust him… Lots of repairs. No response when you complain…
