0 stars if we could. Davin Management Group and their managers at Auburn Hills Apartments in Auburn, CA did not inform my wife and I that someone had died right before we moved into the apartment. Nothing verbal nor in writing. We found out from our neighbor recently and confirmed with Placer County Recorder. In addition, the lack of maintenance there is very bad, and they allow residents' dogs to poop and pee everywhere with no enforcement. I gathered 8 pounds of dog feces for one area alone.
