I wouldn't give a star if I could. This broker Germaine Davila had some decent reviews 4-7 years ago, but all are mostly negative like mine. She rented the house with no heating or cooling which is illegal in AZ. We always paid rent on time. Gave a 6 week move out notice. She insisted on us using her cleaning and lawn vendor. Lawn vendor was a pleasure to work with, however her cleaning vendor was a joke. Missed 5 appts to bid cleaning job.
