Chris helped us find the perfect condo on Ponce Inlet beach. There wasn't much available that met our criteria when we started looking, but Chris checked every day and kept us informed on any new listings until the right one came along. Chris helped us sell our house and also purchase a new house within a timeline that we wanted. We had multiple offers on our house within the first weekend of listing and were able to secure a higher price than list.
