Be very weary about this company. They are very charming at first when they want to rent you the property. That charm fades real quick when you start pointing out where you are not getting the services you are paying for. For one thing, if you rent a main floor in one of the properties, you are responsible for all the maintenance of the property, and THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT!! You have to buy it. PREDATORY COMPANY! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They'll tell you anything to get you to sign a lease, but once you're a tenant they'll do as little as possible to help you. Moving out, the manager April Sheets, told us to our face that the place was clean (we spent a full day cleaning the place, you could've eaten off of any surface in that house), but wrote on the inspection that everything was filthy. I had a very bad experience with this company and there is no one available to communicate with. When I called I got transferred to staff who are out of city or of the country; I left messages and no callbacks! They responded very late to any repair request that they added its cost to the monthly rent! I dont how they wanna provide customer service to their tenants!!! Zero professionalism!
