PREDATORY COMPANY! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They'll tell you anything to get you to sign a lease, but once you're a tenant they'll do as little as possible to help you. Moving out, the manager April Sheets, told us to our face that the place was clean (we spent a full day cleaning the place, you could've eaten off of any surface in that house), but wrote on the inspection that everything was filthy. I had a very bad experience with this company and there is no one available to communicate with. When I called I got transferred to staff who are out of city or of the country; I left messages and no callbacks! They responded very late to any repair request that they added its cost to the monthly rent! I dont how they wanna provide customer service to their tenants!!! Zero professionalism!
