Davies is top notch. The level of craftsmanship they provide is hard to beat. Davies uses a portal where they provide daily updates and photos and communicate through. I had a second floor deck that seemingly needed some minor repairs and after taking it apart Davies found major wood rot. They painstakingly removed all the rotted wood and replaced as well as rebuilding the deck. I couldn’t be happier with the job and highly recommend them for any home repairs or renovations.
The master bathroom in my bedroom was outdated and becoming impossible to keep clean. I used Davies Home Services to completely gut everything and build a whole new room. I love the results as it looks great and I no longer have to be embarrassed by it. The workers were always on time, professional, and friendly. Never used their services. I was trying to get a quote for a project, and they would only email me back wanting more info. I can't do business with a company who cannot even come out to give an estimate.
Unreachable. Unwilling to provide an itemized list of time and materials for an overly inflated repair bill. In reply to their response: You performed work on a house in the 8700 block of W North Terrace in June of 2023. I have left several voicemails and emails asking for an itemized list of these repairs after my former landlord has refused to do so. None of my voicemails have been answered.
