We contacted Julian to request an inspection of a property he has listed for sale. Instead of arranging a viewing, he asked an extensive series of questions about our finances and whether we were in a position to purchase the property before even contacting the vendors. He continued for some time, asking who we knew in the area and mentioning a list of names to see if we were familiar with them. Caused total distress within the family and unprofessional and incompetent services. Denies and refuses to take responsibility of what he has caused. Says the family is insulting his intelligence after being confronted. Made his own choice to go out of his way to a third party family member and release private information which is now a problem I do not recommend or suggest using this person or services. Absolute clowns. Thinking they haven’t done anything wrong Zero intelligence from this company
I would firstly like to say I have had an absolute terrible experience with Julian Davies. My Grandfather is currently sick and I have been preparing the house for a sale, our three contact numbers given to Julian were myself, my grandfather and my mother who is taking care of my grandfather.
