Stay far away from Gerry Raymond dealerships. My wife purchased a vehicle from them, and somehow they managed to lose the title. When we contacted them, they basically shrugged and said there was nothing they could do and that it was out of their control. We even attempted to reach out to the owner through social media and got absolutely no response. Don’t buy a vehicle from Gerry Raymond dealerships. My wife bought a car from them and they lost the title. Then told her there was nothing they could do. That their hands were tied. We even tried to message the owner in social media, no response. We ended up having to get the state police involved and they still drug their feet to get it done. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!
Gerry, the owner, is unprofessional and cocky. DO NOT GO THERE
The service was excellent and Brandon was incredibly helpful in answering questions and solving the problems I had. Would definitely recommend!
