I have to give credit where it s due. I as shopping around for the best deal I could find on a Ranger Raptor. Gerry Raymond Ford was the only dealer in the tri-state area that was willing to negotiate a deal. Additionally, my salesperson Tom came in on his day off to get this deal done which I appreciated and Jason the finance manager was super easy to work with and accommodating for all my needs. ZERO stars! Absolutely trash service. 2025 vehicle with 5K miles. 2 recalls due. Appointment #1, nothing done due to “internet issues.” Appointment 2, drop off at 5:30am, NOTHING done all day, get a loaner and come back today. 2/3 of the work done cause they didn’t bother ordering the parts. And to top it off, they got mud all over my floor mat, drivers door and something on the center console.
