Not everyone has the same experience when they leave a reveiw. This is my experience. This is my 2nd Ford I have purchased from Davies Ford. I could not be happier with the service I received from the salesmen Paul Zguro who is very nice which made the test drive pleasant and was not a pushy salesman. To the finance department Craig Ready made sure he did everything he could to get me in my new Ford. He was pleasant to deal with and any changes he made he asked me first to make sure it was okay and made some suggestion too. ... read more
I see other customers had a nice experience, but I was not as lucky. My salesman was overbearing and way too pushy. I specifically told him to call me on Wednesday, before running my credit report. This was on a Monday. He called me on Tuesday, when I was not available. I later found out he ran my credit report and yes it was a hit on my credit. I had over a 750 score. It dropped.
