poor customer service I made an appointment with Davies Electric Company to meet me and a client at one of my properties. The tech was 30 minutes late and the dispatcher couldn't get a hold of him. I don't like being rude to anyone, but when he finally arrived, he stated he was eating lunch and didn't realize how late it was. I was tempted to tell him he could leave, but I let him give us an estimate for the work I needed. Davies didn't get my business.
