Unless you have lay down case(which you probably wouldn't need a lawyer for) than Mr. Duke is not for you. I tried to give all every detail about my business situation and he said it "sounds messy"(duh that's why I need legal help). He told me the retainer would be $10,000.00 then followed up by telling me he is too busy. He was a recommendation from another lawyer who practices a different kind of law. I called the lawyer who recommended him and they said if he's "too busy" they don't want to recommend him either
