6 months wasted! We approached Davies Construction to build our new home, we had a concept design, DA and cash ready to go. Initially responsive, said they liked our project so we paid for a budget estimate to be done. After that we sought an update on the timeline for design and construction. They strung us along for a further 3 months and then informed us that timeframes had blown out by 12+ months and without giving us the opportunity to respond they gave us the flick by email!
