Unfortunately the quality of services has declined significantly. I had to point out multiple parts of my car that were clearly overlooked, had to ask them to vacuum literal sand that was left on my driver's seat and on the floor on top of that my dashboard wasn't wiped down at all there was dust all over it still. I've been coming here for so many years and I've never recieved this level of carelessness of service, and I still tipped them. More than likely won't waste my money nor time there anymore.
Paid 100$ for the executive interior detail and as you can see in the pictures that is how they left it. None of them speak proper English so you can communicate with them. Terrible waste of money. If you want thorough detailing get it done elsewhere. Horrible experience
Great experience! The service was friendly, fast, and professional, and my car came out looking spotless. The staff clearly takes pride in their work, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back! They did a full interior and exterior detail for just 185 bucks
It’s terrible when businesses promise to do the right thing and they don’t.. there’s lots of car washes out there. My best recommendation is don’t use this place. They have three locations and you would think if they damage somebody’s vehicle they would fix it… It’s a shame, my friend has been a loyal customer for 6 years and he drove his new truck to get washed. They damaged it and now refuse to pay to have it fixed.. if you’re bringing a Mercedes there or a Porsche or Lexus or any high-end cars buyer beware you don’t want ... read more
Everytime I come here it’s the same crap You have to tell them hey did you go under my seats Did you do this or did you do that I literally left bags in the back They never even moved them to clean my seats I’m paying my money for a half way service Yeah it’s time to find a new car wash Something form a tree fell on my car It’s still there I dropped flossers on the side of seat yup still there
