My car needed an oil change and a sticky thermostat , they later listed more things they felt I needed amounting to 9 to 12 thousand dollars. I told them I don't have that much now but please do what I first asked for, I'd pay for that and pick up my car when ready. Elisabeth at Davies told me "NO" I could not have my car until these extra service where not agreed to and performed I could not have my car as it could not be driven off their lot. I had a complex problem with my air conditioning system in my vehicle so I enlisted Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs to repair it. Unfortunately, it turned out that they were utterly and completely incompetent and were unable to diagnose any issue. The only solution they offered me was to completely replace the ENTIRE system to the tune of $9000! Since I had not been recently lobotomized I decided to decline their assessment.
