My mustang Cata had rear lameness Dr Castro found and farrier rob I think,opened a nasty abscess it toe area very friendly staff and so nice thanks to you all. Will be back.
Thanks to Dr. Castro for helping “Sissy” get back to feeling herself after a spell with allergies that had turned into respiratory complications. His diagnosis & medical care turned this around quickly before causing further problems. Glad to be back riding her & thanks to all at Davie County Large Animal Hospital!

Dr. Sisk is one of the best vets (if not the best) I've ever used for my horses. There is truly nothing this man can't do! From basic immunizations, to surgery, he is your man! Plus, I absolutely love the way his gentle humor can diffuse a very stressful situation <3. He is professional, fast to respond, steady/calm as can be, and just an absolute pleasure to be around. I would trust him to do anything needed for my horses, and am just so glad that he is in my area!!
Exceptional vet care. All the staff is great, friendly and quick to help you. the facility is top quality. We are lucky to have them in this area.
