A close friend of mine has been trying to get her personal items back from a vehicle repossessed by Davie Auto, and it has been three weeks with no resolution. She’s called repeatedly and cannot get a straight answer or a callback. It’s unacceptable for someone’s personal belongings to be held up this long with no communication. Policies are one thing, but customer service and basic decency should still apply. This has been handled very poorly.
My friend has been trying for three weeks to retrieve her personal belongings from a repossessed vehicle through Davie Auto and keeps getting ignored. No callbacks, no clear instructions, just the runaround. Very disappointing customer service when someone is simply trying to get their own property back.
Terrible Customer service. No communication whatsoever will also be filing a complaint with Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
