We only got our car back after filing a complaint with the state. Ivonne was flat-out rude and unprofessional the entire time. Terrible way to treat people.
Imagine trying to pay your bill and being told no.
Came on time did the paper work.. ask to see my car, because they make you sign off on it before you seeing it. Because I ask question they made wait over 20min in the heat 80F.
