We have been here like 12,000 times, and every time we are here, the people that work here are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so pleasant and nice.
I have been coming to this location since it opened. Customer service is DEFINITELY going down the tubes. The “manager” on duty today, 6/22/18 @ 10am has quite the snotty little attitude.
Shout out from Ontario, Canada...Spent well over 1/2 an hour at this location (Friday, Feb 2) and didn’t want to leave! The guys working were so knowledgeable and friendly! Mika (spelling??) made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions without judgement � Will definitely return when we visit Boston again �
