My wife and I drove from Oklahoma City to look at a home on Sunday, 6/3/18. We put in an offer the next day. They accepted the offer in the afternoon on 6/4/18. Tuesday morning we set the inspection only to have Nancy text at 241 pm they decided to accept a different offer that came in after she had already accepted ours!! Totally shady realtor!!! Be careful and don't trust her.
I have used Davidson Realtors twice, so far, once to sell a house and once to buy, and have had excellent results. They have made the process as smooth as possible, considering the pains of all the paperwork and hoops involved. They are not a large realtor group, so they are quite responsive to communications, and their honesty with me and others who I know personally who have used them is above reproach.
