Entered unit without my knowledge or permission. Malfunctioning oven has not been worked on. Poor customer service. Rude and condescending staff.

The staff has been very polite and helpful. We needed to move immediately and they were willing to work with us to get us in quick and easy. They emailed us the lease and we went through the whole process electronically which was soo convenient. The house is in good shape, but we've had a few maintenance issues since moving in (primarily AC) and they have been quick to get the problems fixed ---still getting used to the Texas heat, lol. We're very happy and hope to be here for a few years. Good neighborhood, good schools.

This company has been so easy to work with. Everybody is very nice and friendly and responds quickly to questions and concerns. I am a long time tenant and have never had any problems with the people at Davidson. I pay my rent on time and Ashley takes my work orders. I love the house I'm leasing! A++

I don't have a single bad thing to say about Davidson Properties! We love the house we are renting, we love the neighborhood, and the price is right! We deal with Ashley in the office for maintenance requests and she has been a doll! Actually, all the ladies have been great and super sweet -- they always have smiles on their faces! We will definitely be renewing our lease in the spring. Thank you!

Scam artists. They told me to apply for one property and once they had my application fee said it already had a pending application. Another property they claimed would accept my dog which it suddenly did not once they had that application fee. Do not waste your money with these people they are dishonest.

Don't waste your money applying. This company will lie to your face just to get your application fee. I was told to apply for a property that they claimed was under contract already once they had my application fee. Another property they claimed was fine with dogs and the application was rejected BECAUSE OF THE DOG. In retrospect I am thankful I did not end up with a lease from scam artists like davidson realty, especially after reading reviews from renters.

Davidson has been a great company to work with! I've never had any dishonesty or bad customer service, so I'm not sure what other people are talking about. Everyone has always been friendly and straight forward. I've been a military client for over 4 years and I don't plan on going anywhere else. I'm away a lot and have trust in the fact that Davidson will take care of my property, and keep me posted on what's going on (repairs, tenant turnaround, etc).

Do not rent with this company. They are non responsive. I rented a property with them and when I moved out they helped the house owner sue us for the foundation. The house was built in the 1930s. Even in our move in inspection I put down cracks in the wall. Davidson is still helping the home owner sue us. During the time we were in the house I mentioned that the cracks were getting bigger and they did nothing.
