I hate leaving negative reviews, but after our experience, I feel like other parents should know what to expect. We never felt like our concerns were actually listened to. It always seemed rushed, and instead of feeling reassured when we left, we usually left with more questions than answers. Getting in touch with the office or getting follow-up information was frustrating, and the overall experience just kept getting worse. Plan to be here 2hrs. This is literally the slowest place on earth. Not only are they extremely slow if you have any emergency that is unexpected they will cancel you and depict you for a no show. Do Not take your child here!
