My partner and I worked with Kurt to buy our first home a few months ago and unfortunately I can't recommend him. He's a decent guy but has been extremely unresponsive since the purchase. We get promotional emails from him but it's been next to impossible to get a response to any of our questions. Our home warranty wasn't purchased when it should have been and it took months of calling and emailing to even find that out.
