First time I used them was at peak heat in July. They were truthful and honest, found the issue, cleared the line and the unit has been perfect ever since. That was 2 years ago and I will always use their team. Hard to find honest companies now a days so when they diagnose and tell you the issue; that's the issue. Don't waste your time or wallet. This is the company you want working on your home.
Start to finish it was an excellent experience. The only thing we had to do was pick a system and pay. The rest was so easy and professional I am very grateful.
Prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I called Davidson Heating & Air on Monday, and they sent a tech out first thing on Tuesday. Their technician arrived right on time and went to work on my AC which wasn't kicking on. I think his name is Austin if I remember correctly. Within a few minutes Austin diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain line, and told me what it would cost to fix. He then made the repair with manufacturer parts and showed me a bit about what went wrong. I would 100% recommend Davidson Heating and Air.
After dealing with issues with an older heat pump. I made the decision to purchase a new one. I chose to due business with Davidson Heat & Air they were recommended to me by friends who spoke highly of the company. I met with Vonnie he provided A quote with several different options to choose from and also offered special financing as well. Left an email last night about my system, It was not working, got an email back very quickly (WOW at 8:38PM) They literally were ringing my door bell at 8am!! In this crazy weather (Good ole DEBBIE Storm) I am beyond impressed. Amazing folks top notch!!
