Francine, the audiologist, explained all the technology to me patiently and kindly. She is a 5 plus! The receptionist recognized and cheerfully greeted me. Always in a great humour. This office is a good place to be especially in our times of conflict. Michèle
Booked a session for a wax removal. Francine looked into both ears and said there was no wax to be removed in one ear. Mind you, I have never had this procedure done before so I felt the process was very rushed. Was in and out in under 10 mins. For the other ear, she tried to flush with water in 2 tries and later said, “you are good to go and let me know how you feel after you use olive oil.” I still paid full price, $90.
