We've been going to Davidson's on Ogilvie for hearing aid maintenance and earmold fitting for almost 2 years now, since our son was 3 years old. The team there has been incredible in helping our son and ourselves navigate his hearing loss and journey with hearing aids. Our son sees Francine and she has been incredible with him - she is patient, clear, positive, calm, and has helped him feel so comfortable that when I let him know we have an appointment, he is genuinely excited to go!
