Senior here, just returned from an appointment with Mithusha at Davidson’s Hearing’s location in Bell’s Corners. It’s been a wonderful experience dealing with her - professional appearance, a very good listener, prompt for appointments and knowledgeable about products. A few ‘glitches’ with fittings because of the shape of my ear canals but it now seems to be a success. I had a major wax blockage in my right ear... For $90, they removed it and the entire process took like 20 minutes. Friendly, professional, super happy and will go again!
I had an emergency yesterday when my hearing aid stopped working right before heading to the airport. Needless to say, I was devastated. A quick call to Davidson on Sherwood (too close to the closing time), and a subsequent fast drive to Davidson on Robertson they recommended later and my hearing aid was fixed in no time, free of charge along with the good wishes for a safe trip.
