My dad had faulty hearing aid that was purchased outside Canada. We were promptly attended by the team who not only fixed the machine but also didn't charge us since it was a small fix and also told us how we can fix it ourselves in future. Everyone was very empathetic and patient

I have used several other Hearing Aid suppliers in Ottawa, none of them are even close to the service Davidson provide. They all go the second mile with every request.
I had a hearing test done at the Bells Corners location by Sarah. She is amazing. Not only was the hearing test a breeze, she was able to remove ear wax from my left ear that had been bothering me for over 4 months. I can't recommend Davidson enough, especially Sarah.
