The woman in the Bank Street location who helped me today went above and beyond in her customer service! My mom is in town visiting and her hearing aids stopped working. I didn't have an appointment, just walked in, and she cleaned and fixed them and sent me on my way in no time. I really appreciated the help to get them functioning again!!
Charged my dad's insurance for apparent top of line hearing aids but they were medium quality and apparently they were used by someone else. They were filthy with ear wax and woman behind counter was extremely rude
Where do I even begin? The kindness and compassion & empathy That comes out of this office is beyond words. This office single-handedly saved my father‘s life. My father is 83 years old, blind and deaf, and he wears a collar implant, which suddenly broke and lo and behold. They don’t make them anymore. The company is in Colorado. I can’t get into the whole story because it’s so long and so awful, but I will say that this office made it possible for my father to hear again and I will be forever grateful.
