Jenna was extremely rude to me due to the fact that I wasn't the one paying for the funeral even telling me that I could be shut out of my own family member's service if the person who payed asked that I not be there , I will never do business at this place , I will find a funeral home that is not owned by the Newcomer family

I filled out a survey they sent my family. I filled it out and sent it in. Today the director called to question me about the survey cause the did a horrible job. They wanted to question my survey answers. IF YOU ASK A QUESTION YOU MIGHT NOT LIKE THE ANSWER.

Scott was amazing. Helping myself and my family getting through one of the hardest times of my life. The loss of my father was losing all our support. Scott and the staff had everything so beautiful for the services. I feel they went above and beyond. I truly understand why my father always did his business with Parker-Price.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We lost our daughter in December 2024 and my husband and I had no clue what to do. Jenna went above and beyond to get our daughter back to Kansas from an out of state hospital and walked us through every step that was necessary with constant communication, compassion and attention to detail. We will forever be grateful for their care during our darkest hours!
