This was by far the the biggest WASTE of time when I could have seen my private doctor had I been given the accurate information from the mediocre staff. Being misinformed three times only to have wasted 2 hours waiting here ONLY to be told what needed to be done is something I could have much more comfortably handled in the comfort of my doctor. The metro is a good thing to be with 24/7 would still be at the bus stop
Just stopped by to get a TB test like I've done for the past 10 years or so as required for me to enter and do business in local hospitals and was informed the health department no longer provides testing services for school or job requirements. So now I have to go to a private business and pay three or four times more for the same service. The Metro Health Dept. is supposed to serve ALL Metro Nashville residents.
