i am so happy with the work that Ford Collision did on my vehicle. i mistakingly had my rims sandblasted which ended up causing my tire to be compromised Ford Collision Of Watertown fixed my rims addes 2 new tires and painted the rims and they look brand new. Everone in the office was so understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to make my car look brand new. It was a easure working with the Davidson Team.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My Vehicle looked fantastic after the repairs. Paint job was incredible . Two thumbs up!
10 out of 10 do NOT recommend if you expect a reasonable turn around time on repairs(week to week and a half). Dropped my vehicle off on March 30th and did not get it back until May 1st. It sat for 2 weeks awaiting parts. This was without any real meaningful update on the ETA of the parts if when I called and asked. When parts arrived it was another 2.5 weeks for them to be "painted" and installed. All it was was dents to a hood, front fender and brush guard replacement due to ice damage. We are very pleased with the service we received from Davidson Collision. They were consummate professionals, they kept us updated and the service quality is exceptional. They even conducted a follow up several weeks after we received our vehicle from them! If we ever need service again, we'd definitely return to Davidson Collision. Thanks for a great experience!!!
