My recent service appointment at Davidson for my 2018 Colorado exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Pat, was excellent. He was transparent and thoroughly explained the necessary diagnostic testing necessary to determine the root cause of intermittent transmission shuttering. Rather than rush to judgment of a possible torque converter problem, the test proved otherwise and their suggested correction action solved the issue I was experiencing.
