What a Great experience! From my first conversation with Mike; my salesperson, to financing to car information and set up. I was upfront with the fact I did not want to make 3 trips to make a deal and they made this all happen with 1 trip to this dealer. Several phone calls and text messages, locating the vehicle I want, the price range I needed, financing, insurance, registration all done before I made the trip. Drove in the lot once and drove out 45 minutes later with my new 26 Equinox! Thank you Davidson of Rome!!!!
Stan Bogacz at Davison Automotive went above and beyond for me. The week my SUV warranty expired, my vehicle started having multiple issues. There was no way to get me in before the warranty ended, but Stan worked directly with GM to make sure everything was still covered. There were eight issues that could have cost thousands of dollars, but because he genuinely cared and advocated for me, they were all handled under the warranty. This was our first time buying a new vehicle from Davidson in Rome, NY and it won’t be our last. From the start Tim Wilson was great to deal with, got us a better rate than the pre- approval rate we got from our credit union and Donald Whitman the Finance Manager made the whole finance process seamless! Morgan took great care in making sure we knew the ins and outs of our new Chevy Trax before we left the lot! When they say “nice People to do business with” they really mean it!!
