I was interested in a Ford Explorer that was at their Watertown dealership. That is about 2 hours from me. Without me asking, they had the vehicle moved to their Rome dealership which is 20 minutes from me. I loved the vehicle and did purchase it. I am very happy with the vehicle and the quickness in which they handled everything. Kevin is who I worked with and he answered my questions I had days after the sale. I appreciate that. Would recommend this place for sure
