Dropped my truck off Sunday night to have a speaker installed that they were supposed to have ordered a week and a half prior to this visit. Got a call late Monday afternoon saying that they did not have the speaker but it would be here the next day. I left the truck for Tuesday and later that day got another call saying they still didn't have the speaker, come pick up the truck and they'll let me know when it's in. Lost my truck for 2 days for a simple repair that they could not complete, very discouraged
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a 1500 Diesel. The salesman was great! When it came time for service, it became the most painful experience ever. The staff in the service department, and body shop are extremely unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to provide services promised during the sale process. They present themselves as if you are bothering them and the feeling of "you are not welcome here" was very prominent. It's sad to see what this place has become.
