They advertise a property for .1 to 20 acres devisable and then when you call tell you they need 2 acre minimum. The guy Philip answers the phone like he just woke up and its 11 am lmao. Doesn't use the company name or anything just a groggy "Hello". I don't recommend leasing anything from these guys 1st impression is awful.
Terrible experience, stay away.
This company has no concern for neighborhood residents. They do not answer their phones or ever call back. Extremely unprofessional.
