Twenty years ago, I had a severely ruptured disc near the lower end of my spine. The neurologist I was seeing at the time for another issue, thought I would surely need surgery. Dr.Davidson recommended I try a non-invasive method first due to the location, having to go through some big musles, and the success rate of surgery in that area.
