I had an unfortunate experience where the beneficary of the annuities were retitled to the estate I do not know my lawyers reason And I do not why the financial Advisor did not question the change This change does not allow me to annunitize the annunity. I can chose to have a lump sum payment sum option which will cause the amount to be taxed at a higher rate or leave the estate open for 2 years I am very disappointed that the Advisor did not question the beneficary change The name of the Advisor was Rich Prozo I do not beli... read more
