Refused to give me a refund on a part that was cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. When asked about the refund he stated "My distributer LQK is charging me a 45% restocking fee." He wasn't aware that I knew that LKQ was pick-a-part. When i confronted him about it he changed his story. Despite the fact I never received the item or that "pick a part" has free 30 day returns with no restocking fees I can attest that this man is 100% a Crook with no integrity.
