At the beginning of the mowing season my mower wouldn't start. I called several places. Some never called back. One called back but said I was too far away. One showed and got it running, but only just barely. I had to rig the choke to keep it alive long enough to finish my yard. Given the state of customer service in the local mower repair industry David could get by without his great customer service.
