David’s Hail and Collision Repair is the best body/mechanic shop. I went in after a minor accident and they fixed my car perfectly. It was driving even better than it was the day I got it. I only got an estimate and it was a little high but my experience was great. Would come to again.
I'm writing to follow up on the repairs. The completed work did not meet manufacturing specifications or the standards of insurance quality assurance. I had to dispute part the payment because the work wasn't performed by your team, despite the receipt you submitted. Although the insurance documentation confirmed your team completed the work, your representatives later stated that your team did not complete the work. Kevin, Jesus and all the staff were great! They took our fender bender and made it beautiful again. Our insurance was giving us a hassle, but the guys worked their miracle with what we had to pay out of pocket and gave us the best price. We appreciated that.
