David and his team did an excellent job! He came by and gave us what we thought was a fair estimate. He also came back a second time to answer some other questions we had and explained in detail how the project would progress. David was very easy to communicate with and provided updates each day. He was also respectful of our work schedules and cleaned up every day before he left. Great work, and I will definitely use David again in the future.
My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about our recent bathroom remodel completed by David’s General Contracting. David & crew were onsite everyday like clockwork & worked nonstop. They were extremely considerate of cleanliness- put up plastic tarps & floor protection. David communicated with us every step of the way & if questions/issues came up while we were away working, he would text us. His communication & suggestions were amazing. Excellent outcome. David was very thorough and professional. He also happily answered all my questions. Tile work is well done and I’m very happy with the project.
David was amazing. We had our pool bath remodeled which included tub removed and had walk in shower put in. Popcorn ceiling removed and new lights and toliet and vanity and all new tile put in.The project was started earlier but was done early. Took 6 and a half days to complete. David communicated to us daily and also gave us ideas on things we were unsure with. The project came out much better than we could of imagined. Everything was cleaned up daily. We hired David's General Construction for the second time and just like the first time in 2020, they were excellent. This time we had the popcorn ceilings removed, the whole interior painted, all of the ceiling lights changed to LED recessed lights, all of the interior door knobs and exterior door locks changed, all of the door hinges changed and all of the light switch covers and outlet covers changed.
