David's Cleaning Service did a terrible job at my office. The owner, David Lomnychuk, was very dramatic when I asked if we can find a way to improve. He snapped back and claimed to have so much experience running his business and if we're not happy, that's a problem with us. I've had several interactions to try to improve the relationship and the messages unfortunately fell on deaf ears. My experience with David was very different from the image he presents publicly. While he comes across as friendly and professional with clients, I personally witnessed him treat members of his team and others he worked with in a way that I found rude, condescending, and disrespectful. On more than one occasion, I saw him berate someone who was apologizing and genuinely trying to de-escalate the situation.
