RecommendedGreat service and the best catfish, hush puppies, baked beans, key lime pie.... well everything was absolutely delicious. I don’t know why we haven’t stopped there sooner but we will make it a point to go back now.

We used to like David's Catfish House but were very disappointed this last trip. Our waitress was excellent, but the food was small portions. I ordered a separate order of grits OTHER than my two sides and was given a TINY little bitty bowl that was just a couple of mouthfuls. Seriously! I can see being stingy with the seafood (which I feel they were for the price they charge) but to be stingy with the grits that they charge the about the same for that tiny bowl as to buy a BAG at the store. We have been going to David’s since it first opened . We take all of our out-of town guests to David’s. The food is great.
Fried catfish and fried jumbo shrimp is amazing!
