I came in for a bridesmaid appointment and was helped by the lovely Samar. After she assisted me with trying on bridesmaid dresses, I asked if I could also try a few wedding gowns since I am newly engaged. She happily obliged and gave me great advice for finding my style! I will be back!

Was absolutely horrible the lady who was “helping” us was not helpful in the slightest and rude. I had an appointment and she kept repeating how I should book an appointment.

l. Kiki was absolutely amazing—professional, patient, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff at this location are some of the nicest and most patient people I’ve encountered, but unfortunately, the quality of work in the alterations department was extremely disappointing. For reference, it was a David's Bridal gown that needed a hem and to have the bodice cup sized down. I went in for four fittings to address the same issue: the top of my gown didn't look right.
