Leaving this place absolutely horrified and in tears. They “screwed up” (their words) my alterations by sewing a gem belt all the way around the waist so there was no way to get the dress on and told me it would just take a day to fix it but that they’d call me when it was ready. 3 weeks later they call me and say “there was a flood, you have 2 days to pick up your dress or we’re sending it to Santee.” So I asked if the dress was even ready since the last appointment since no one had called me? Special shoutout to Erica! I came in having no idea what I wanted, white + dress is a double whammy of discomfort for me most the time. But she was patient, understanding, and made sure we had a fun time looking together. She kept me from getting overwhelmed. And I'm totally stealing some of her brewery ideas. 😁

Unfortunately the inside of the store just looks like a jumbled mess. The two sales people were nice and accommodating. I went by to pick up an order and I guess they've been closed for a week and a half with a flood in the whole shopping center.
