The one star is for a sales girl name Amanda ONLY! This place was a disaster. I purchase my first dress amd it came defective... the beads literally unravels and fell off! But because they don't offer refund I was forced to purchase another dress that was not ready when they promised. They were so rude and useless except Amanda. I'm pleased to say I looked amazing at my wedding but David's Bridal Milpitas was a nightmare!!!!
Terrible Associates: The associate messed up the order. Our order for flower girl's dress was supposed to take 3-4 weeks, when i called after 3-4 weeks. It seems the order was not placed.WTF, the weeding is around the corner and they didn't even bother to check. I was clearly told that order will take 3-4 weeks, but then why the order was not placed? What kind of associates do they keep? Hated it to the core.
