The technician who came was polite and professional. However, the diagnosis felt very limited. He mainly looked at the outside of the dishwasher and pressed some buttons on the control panel, but the dishwasher was never pulled out from the cabinet for a proper inspection. I mentioned that the issue might possibly be related to the leak sensor, but it was not checked. WARNING! DAVE’S APPLIANCE REPAIR IS OUT OF BUSINESS. ANOTHER COMPANY HAS THIS NUMBER AND IS USING ITS YELP REVIEWS TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. I called this number, got Mr Appliance Repair, set up an appointment, but a tech never showed up. When I called this number back, a new person at Mr Appliance said that I was never put into their system. So I went to another business and discovered there are much cheaper prices for repair and it’s same day service.

We have used David’s Appliance for many years and have always been impressed with their service, communication and pricing. They do a great job, respond quickly to inquiries and follow up on your ordered parts and service so that you aren’t having to constantly do your own follow up. Very highly recommended!!
