Terrible customer service and rude staff with bad attitudes. Bracelet clasp broke after 3 wears and they blamed us for the damage and said it will cost $200 to fix. Spoke with a condensing tone the entire time. There is a way to speak to customers and look into problems to see what can be resolved. I suggest investing in this kind of training for your staff in Square One. You just lost a customer.
The quality and customer service from David Yurman is 1 star. I bought 2 - Box Chain Bracelet with Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, 2.7mm from them ($300 each) and they both broke within the first few months. When they broke, I didn't realize until it was too late and could not find. I explained the situation to customer support (Muhra) and she didn't offer any goodwill or solutions. I will not buy from David Yurman ever again.

Designs are unique and beautiful but prices are extremely high. I bought a beautiful necklace anyways because I couldn’t find any similar products in all other jewelry stores.
